This print by Julia Bereciartu pretty much captures my feelings about this rainy Friday in SF. But at least I got to enjoy the artist’s neato portfolio. I’ve seen a couple of portfolios with cool uses of sound lately, and it’s got me thinking of ways to bring some of that action into my own site.

Simon Evans’ work strikes a perfect balance between visual loveliness and classic, British melancholy. Love it. (via It’s Nice That)

There is an excellent chance that I have posted Jessica Hische’s work before, on account of its enduring radness. But this piece from an Entertainment Weekly article on the phenomenon of feline internet celebrities pretty much made my day, so up it goes!

My friend Kristen just sent me this portfolio, and WOW. Loving the sasquatch rocking the gold chain. And he is just the beginning of the goodness.

Jessica Snow’s works on paper are candy colored deliciousness for the eyes. This one is cleverly called “In One Ear, Out the Other.” (via Scoutie Girl)

R.I.P. Halloween. If only dressing up were as lovely as these ladies make it look… Sanna Annukka, the artist behind this gorgeous stuff, also has a lovely shop. Check it.

I’m not, by nature, a lover of flow charts, but this one is irresistible for obvious reasons.
Inspired by jeannr, I flowcharted the Beatles classic, ‘Hey Jude.’
