How sweet is this print? I just love it when I find an Etsy shop I’ve never perused, and it’s filled with pretty, papery goodness like this. Definitely check out Ambrosia Paperie right this second.

This may be easier said than done during this C-Monster-filled season of hacking and wheezing, but it’s still nice to have a pretty, friendly reminder around for good measure. Check out the rest of this series, and all of Julian Gese’s work here. It is vast and fantastic. (via Design For Mankind)

Roman Klonek’s illustration is all kooky and Polish, and there’s something about his characters that just charm me silly. If this upside down box dude is saying something offensive in some Eastern European language, I do apologize. But look at him! He’s so cute!

This sweet pony-loving post is dedicated to my friend Laura, who, in elementary school, dumped an unresponsive pen pal by writing “I don’t think I’ll have time to write much anymore because my dad just got me a pony and I have to go ride it.” Priceless. Love you, Laura! Check out Lily Moon’s Etsy shop for more pretty drawings like this one. (via Pretty.Little.World)

Designer Eric Smith’s Live Now project is jam-packed with the kind of great design and simple wisdom this world could use a ton more of. I double dog dare you to click through and not find something that makes you want to be a better person. (via Booooooom)

This girl in her cute coat is just plain charming, and she is merely a small taste of the cuteness that Miss Brigette’s Etsy shop has to offer. These indie kids, for example? Genius. (via my cool sister-in-law, Mary)

In general, this concept is a little scary, but once in a while, it’s just so nice to unplug. This is one of many funny, silly, great drawings by none other than my sweet husband.

There is an excellent chance that I have posted Jessica Hische’s work before, on account of its enduring radness. But this piece from an Entertainment Weekly article on the phenomenon of feline internet celebrities pretty much made my day, so up it goes!

Dan Has Potential is one of those portfolio sites that takes every rule about user experience and UI design, crumples them up and tosses them in the trash like a nerf basketball. Love it. (via Booooooom)

Nesting dolls keep grabbing my eyeballs for some reason, and these colors are totally up my alley. The Keep Calm Gallery does it again.

This print reminds me of being in 5th grade, when I alternated between the above phrase and “Go suck an egg” as my greeting of choice. Lovely, right? I even took the time to learn how to say “Go suck an egg” and “Take a picture, it will last longer” in French so I could be atrociously obnoxious in two languages. That, my friend, is ambition.

I’m a huge fan of basketball, and this print captures all of the retro coolness of throw-back night. Tim Lahan’s also got some other cool work here.
